Pilates

Pilates is the exercise most recommended by physiotherapists as it is excellent for injury recovery, improving posture, and heightening sports performance.

At Debbie Cameron Physiotherapy we embrace the Pilates method, and not only for our patients but we find that it keeps our bodies in good condition and up to the pace of working as physiotherapists.

We have Pilates mat classes in our Pilates gym in Centenary Medical Centre, Gillitts, and we also have patients join us online from the comfort of their own homes. We use Pilates equipment and have classes on the Pilates Reformer and the Pilates Wunda Chair. Our classes are small and personal. We have classes for men only, women only, and mixed.

We offer a Pilates programme which we run specifically for children with concentration problems, low muscle tone, motorbike injuries and for sports or music performance improvement.
